Redeemer's 2017 Easter Food Drive is here!

We are so excited to be kicking off this year's food drive, which runs from now through April 16th.
​
Our goal this year is to collect 500 cans.

As with previous years, we will be donating these cans to the Agincourt Community Services Association (ACSA). With your help, the ACSA will distribute these cans to those in the local community in need. To learn more about ACSA and their mission, please visit their website at agincourtcommunityservices.com.

WHERE TO DROP OFF YOUR CANS

You can bring cans to the church office on Saturdays.

DONATION GUIDELINES

Please consider giving foods that are healthy and that you would enjoy eating at home.

Here are some suggested giving ideas:

• canned fish and meat
• canned or dried beans
• canned fruit (packed in water) and canned vegetables
• fruit juice (100% fruit juice)
• cereals and grains (e.g., whole grain cereal, oatmeal, rice, pasta)
• cooking oil
• healthy snacks and spreads (e.g., nuts, popcorn, granola bars, peanut / almond butter)
• baby products (e.g., baby formula, cereals, powdered milk)

For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept:

• rusty, dented, or unlabelled cans
• perishable or homemade items
• open or used items
• alcoholic beverages
• items close to or past their expiry date
